I want to talk to you.
I have been talking a lot about community care, and I’ve been doing really well building my community in person.
But I have an even larger community online, and I have not actually spoken to the majority of you. That doesn’t feel very congruent for me when I am talking about how much community care matters.
Some people have reached out for support in their relationships, and I often don’t have the capacity to offer free work.
But this morning I just felt like I had expanded capacity.
So here I am. I want to talk to you.
I serve best around opening up marriages and relationships, though I am also very well-equipped in walking through any wrinkles you’re experiencing in any of your relationships.
Some examples:
Getting into a tiff with your partner around what feels like the tiniest issues, like the dishes or picking up the right stuff at the grocery store
Resentment around doing most of the emotional labor, feeling like you need to manage all the feelings in the household
Shame and guilt around having desires that you don’t think you can talk about anywhere else
Cultivating even greater safety in your relationship so that it feels like home, not a battlefield
If you want to feel lighter in your relationships, this call is for you.
Not because you need any fixing or changing but because community care is part of how we practice love.
